That’s why we work in partnership with Damar Training to deliver Administration Assistant Apprenticeships, providing individuals with the skills and experience needed to begin their journey within the legal profession.
An Apprenticeship offers far more than a qualification. It allows individuals to become part of a professional team from day one, developing practical skills and knowledge while contributing to the day-to-day running of an innovative law firm.
Working alongside experienced colleagues, apprentices gain first-hand experience of how legal services are delivered, building confidence within the organisation, digital systems, teamwork and time management. These are essential skills that support every area of legal practice and provide a solid platform for future career progression.
The Business Administration (Legal Pathway) Apprenticeship is designed for people aged 16 to 24 who are beginning their career or entering the workplace for the first time. Over a period of approximately 12-18 months, apprentices combine workplace learning with structured coaching and professional development, leading to a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification.
The programme is delivered through a blend of one-to-one coaching, online learning resources, group sessions and regular progress reviews. Every stage of the apprenticeship is designed to ensure learning can be applied directly within the workplace, helping apprentices develop both professionally and personally.
As apprentices gain experience and confidence, there are opportunities to explore further professional qualification routes, including CLC or CILEX CPQ pathways, depending on their career aspirations and chosen area of law.
This structured approach allows individuals to build their careers step by step while continuing to gain valuable experience within the firm.

ID Check £24 (per executor, inc. VAT), Probate Court Fee £300 (for estates over £5,000), and Certified Copies of the Grant £16 per copy.
Optional Extras:
Deed of Variation, Deed of Appointment, Inheritance Tax advice, or Capital Gains Tax advice starting from £500 + 20% VAT and disbursements.
