Use the above “Get estimate” button under “Family” to request an estimate for how much your divorce might cost. Our divorce fees start from £500 + 20% VAT.
Use the above “Get estimate” button under “Wills & Probate” to request an estimate for how much your Will might cost. Our Will fees start from £250 + 20% VAT.
With Lyons Bowe, there are none. Whilst we do our best to provide you with an accurate estimate at the start of your journey with us, we won’t always be able to account for every eventuality. In this case, your solicitor or legal team will be in touch to discuss your fees with you, and let you know if there may be any changes so that you can decide how you would like to move forward.
You can make your initial payment on account via the Lyons Bowe app, by calling us, or arranging to come into one of our offices. The choice is yours.
The initial payment on account covers your foreseeable disbursements for your matter with us. You can find out more about disbursements in the “What are disbursements?” question above.
The Lyons Bowe Abortive Pledge means that if your sale or purchase should fall through due to no fault of your own, your legal fees will be covered. All you will need to pay for are any disbursements we have incurred up until that point. So if we haven’t ordered your property searches yet, you won’t need to pay for them.
Disbursements are costs that we incur on your behalf throughout the process of your matter. We charge these at cost and do not make a profit on them. For example, if you are buying a property with us, on your estimate under “disbursements” you may see “Property Searches” listed.
