Cost Breakdown:
ID Check £24 (per executor, inc. VAT), Probate Court Fee £300 (for estates over £5,000), and Certified Copies of the Grant £16 per copy.
Optional Extras:
Deed of Variation, Deed of Appointment, Inheritance Tax advice, or Capital Gains Tax advice starting from £500 + 20% VAT and disbursements.
