Divorce and separation do not have to be combative, confusing, or costly. At Lyons Bowe, we are building a new approach to Family Law. One that is amicable, transparent, and designed to help you move forward with clarity and dignity.
A message from Hannah Read, Head of Family Law
“When people come to us, they are often at one of the most uncertain and emotional points in their lives. My role, and that of our Family Law solicitors, is to provide clarity, calm, and confidence, helping individuals and families move forward with dignity.”
As Head of the Family Law Department at Lyons Bowe, I have shaped our service around three key values: structure, compassion, and clarity. We deliver a modern, client-first approach to family law, focusing on amicable divorce, child arrangements, financial settlements, No Fault Divorce, Prenuptial Agreement, Unmarried Couples, Domestic Abuse and Protection Order, Civil Partnership Dissolution and Same Sex Couples and LGBTQ+ Family Law, and planning for life after separation or divorce.
Whether you are based locally or working with us remotely, our team is here to support you with fixed-fee family law services, clear advice, and digital convenience. We offer a free initial consultation with one of our Family Law solicitors, giving you space to ask questions and understand your options, with no obligation to proceed.
From no-fault divorce and separation agreements to parenting plans and financial consent orders, we are here to guide you through every step of your legal journey with clarity and care.
Whether you are separating, planning co-parenting arrangements, or resolving financial matters, we offer practical legal support that protects your future and promotes resolution. Calm, structured, and focused on helping you move forward — this is a better approach to family law.
Not ready to divorce? We draft formal separation agreements for married and unmarried couples looking to protect their finances and responsibilities.
Get peace of mind for your future with clear, fair division of assets. We advise on financial consent orders, pensions, property and long-term planning after separation.
We help parents agree where children will live, how time is shared, and how decisions are made — with a focus on stability, communication, and child-first outcomes.
Choosing the right solicitor for your family law needs, whether navigating separation,
child arrangements, or financial settlements, is about more than just legal expertise
– it’s about finding a team you can trust to guide you through life's challenging
transitions with empathy, structure, and genuine support.
