WATCH is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) dedicated to empowering individuals through connection, confidence, and community. Founded in 2010 by members of the Chard Intentional Peer Support Group, WATCH was created to provide a safe, inclusive space where people can restore their capabilities, explore their resilience, and reach their potential, in their own way.
Organised as a co-operative, WATCH is built on lived experience and shared support. Every member has a voice in how the organisation is run, ensuring that WATCH remains shaped by and for its community. Through workshops and activities such as art, drama, IT, reading, and personal awareness courses, members develop skills, form meaningful friendships, and rediscover their confidence.
WATCH is about giving people the tools and encouragement to take their own positive steps forward. It’s a place where isolation turns into inclusion, and where every member’s potential, voice, and journey matter.
