FORCE Cancer Charity is an independent Devon-based charity providing free support and information to anyone affected by cancer. Supporting patients and families across Exeter and surrounding communities, the charity offers practical, emotional and wellbeing services designed to help people navigate the challenges that come with a cancer diagnosis.
FORCE has grown into a vital source of cancer support across Devon. Based at the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital’s Wonford site, the charity provides counselling, complementary therapies, exercise guidance, physiotherapy, wellbeing support and a pre-loved wig service, ensuring individuals can access compassionate care close to home and free of charge.
Alongside its support services, FORCE funds local cancer research, specialist training and equipment to improve patient care and treatment across the region. Over the years, the charity has contributed millions of pounds towards enhancing cancer services in Exeter and supporting innovation within local healthcare.
