ESS Education and Support Services is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting vulnerable young people through personalised education, mentoring and community-focused support programmes. Working with children and young people who may be disengaged from mainstream education or identified as NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training), ESS provides tailored educational pathways designed to help individuals rebuild confidence, develop skills and achieve positive futures.
At the heart of ESS is a strong pupil-centred approach, recognising that every young person has unique abilities, challenges and aspirations. The organisation delivers a range of services including alternative provision, SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) support and community-based programmes that focus on both academic achievement and personal development.
ESS works closely with schools, families, professionals, volunteers and community partners to create supportive environments where young people can feel empowered and included. Their educational packages are designed to meet the social, emotional and learning needs of each individual, helping them progress towards sustainable transitions into education and employment.
