It outlines required practices for drafting wills, probate and administration to assist in addressing common risks, errors and inconsistencies that arise in delivering advice.In order to achieve this quality accreditation our specialist legal advisors in our Wills, Trust and Probate department went through a rigorous assessment and application process, which highlights their dedication to providing a high level of client care and expertise. The team use this knowledge to help to guide our clients through some of the most challenging periods of their lives, be it selling or buying a house, getting a divorce, dealing with a family member who has dementia, or indeed a loved one passing away.Let us not forget that preparing a Will is one of the most important decisions a person can make, and if it is not done properly the consequences can be severe.
