Edward Romaine has joined Lyons Bowe to boost the firm's commercial property team and the service it provides to the firm's clients. As a qualified solicitor specialising in planning law, Edward helps developers negotiate the planning system from the inception of a site all the way through to judicial review and the sale of plots.After qualifying in to a planning department of a top national law firm, Edward worked in-house at a renewables developer as in-house counsel and project manager. Edward now brings his planning and energy experience to Lyons Bowe. This covers a wide range of matters from EIA and European regulations, strategic advice and permitted development through to appeals and highways agreements.Commenting on the appointment Lyons Bowe's Managing Partner, Paul Lyons said "It is great to have Edward on board.
