Kirsty Joined Lyons Bowe in early 2025 to take on the role of Learning and Development Manager, to assist the Head of HR with the training and development functionality of the firm as we continue to grow.

Kirsty has many years of experience developing programmes to upskill employees, and engaging with key stakeholders and partners to promote and support development and training solutions.

Qualifications & Professional Memberships

• Diploma Level 6 Careers Guidance and Development (Dip CG)
• NVQ Level 3 & 4 Advice & Guidance
• NVQ Level 4 Mentoring in the Workplace
• NVQ Level 2 & 3 Business Administration including Stage III Diploma RSA Text Processing
• 9 GCSEs to include English, Maths and Science
