Training Contracts

Apprentice Legal Administrator x 2 - Offices in Bristol and Shepton Mallet, Somerset.

We’re seeking two Legal Administration Apprentices, one to be based in our Bristol office and the other to be based in our Shepton Mallet, Somerset  office. You’ll be responsible for managing our main reception desk and providing administrative support to our legal teams and other staff.

Closing date: Friday, 5th April 2019.

Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 (one hour for lunch), Monday to Friday
Expected duration: 15 months

Job summary

To maintain a well presented front of house and ensure the reception runs smoothly. To support the legal team with administrative tasks and action work as delegated by supervisor, including: reception duties, including greeting clients & providing telephone support; booking meeting rooms and arranging appointments; file creation and administration, including closing files and archiving/retrieval.

Residential Property Solicitor x 2. Offices in Bristol and Shepton Mallet, Somerset.

Due to continued success we are looking to appoint two additional Residential Conveyancers to join our teams in Bristol and Shepton Mallet, Somerset. The appointed Residential Conveyancers will take on their own caseload of conveyancing files, including the sale and purchase of both freehold and leasehold properties. Expansion has created this great opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive or experienced fee earner to join this expanding law firm based in Somerset and Bristol.  The small team is headed by an experienced solicitor who is looking to recruit someone to work closely with her on a caseload of matters encompassing Wills, Probate and LPA’s.
