Careers

We are committed to achieving the best possible results for our clients, while staying on the leading edge of the latest developments in best practice. The foundation to both of these commitments is through attracting, developing and retaining highly talented staff, who are exceptionally knowledgeable and capable. A big part of this is to encourage our people to reach their full potential by providing them their own personal development plan. Lyons Bowe currently has the unique status of supporting “all” its legal staff on various legal studies. Additionally, Lyons Bowe has also shown commitment to local young people by supporting the National Apprenticeship Scheme.

We also passionately believe in engaging all our people in the overall development of the firm. Our sincere wish is that every member of the firm feels valued and see Lyons Bowe not just as an excellent career opportunity but as a chance to broaden their horizons and challenge themselves.

During our recent Lexcel assessment the Law Society included this very positive statement in its feedback:

“People management appears to be a real strength. People spoke highly of the firm as a place to work and explained the excellent standard of communication that takes place and the encouragement that they are given to develop within their role.”
